SHIPPING POLICY
Adult Signature Required
An adult signature (21+) is required at the time of delivery for all orders containing nicotine products, vaping products, tobacco products, or electronic nicotine delivery systems. Please ensure an eligible adult is present to sign for delivery. We are unable to leave packages unattended. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will make additional attempts before returning the package. Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to restocking fees.
Carriers:
Due to PACT Act requirements, we ship vape, ENDS, and e-liquid products via approved private carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) only. Standard USPS mail cannot be used for these product categories. Nicotine pouches, hookah tobacco, lighters, and accessories may ship via USPS or other available carriers where permitted by law.
Restricted Shipping Areas
We are legally prohibited from shipping certain products to specific states and jurisdictions. Customers in restricted areas will be notified at checkout. Currently restricted areas for vaping/ENDS products include but are not limited to California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, Virginia, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, Vermont, and others where state law prohibits online vape sales. This list is updated regularly to reflect current state laws. No responsibility is accepted for orders placed from restricted jurisdictions; such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
